I have had some issues with trying to get things up and running and called twice and left a message and emailed them twice with no response. Does anyone have a better contact number for them. Need help this Saturday with this and have not heard back from them.

Trust me, Jerry and the crew at Eurocharged are awesome on responding back. Sure, Adam sounds a little monotone on the phone....but he is nothing but warm hugs and smiles when you see him. lol

Man, be patient and try to refrain from b*tching on a public forum about a company until you know all the facts.

Never a problem for me, called them Monday A.M. Adam answered right away and spent 30 minutes helping me with my laptop setup. Emailed a file that night and Jerry had it back to me first thing next morning. I've had nothing but positive experience with Eurocharged.

 

just called and ordered a tune from eurocharged. Talked with adam. He was definitely monotone, but helpful cant wait to upgrade!
