When you do the custom tune make sure you have the software downloaded on your computer in advance (and it has to be a Windows laptop --> not a Mac). I found out the hard way on Tuesday. Just when I thought I had all my i's crossed and t's dotted

Minor details

John at FFP was great. I had glitches just like anybody could have. I went into recovery mode and my laptop locked up. Talk about stressed out.

100 degree day at the shop too.

The EC guys (all of them) work the details very well - MB isn't the easiest car to tune and EC gets their reputation by knowing their game.

I can tell you that the remote tune made a huge difference and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
