the small pulley only gives 1.5 - 2psi more.....do we really need to retune ?

Always retune. More air needs more fuel.

I wouldn't mess around and I would strictly get it from Shardul a well-known member and vendor he also stands by his products, if you get the eBay one I'm not sure that you'll get the best price and I'm not sure that you'll get the newest model with the upgraded rivets, Shardul also has belt wrap kits and upgraded tentionser pullies, If you get a combo or a package deal I'm sure that he would work something out with you that would make you happy pricewise! That's just my opinion and I know other members have delt with him and are very pleased as well, good luck to you and enjoy
