Just got a call from the adjuster. They are giving me 36,000 in total including the new tires I just put on. Plus they are covering rental fees for up to 1500. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome. I'd like to thank everyone on the board for their help and advice. And Bertii I have no idea how the car go so banged up but the whole side of the sienna was pushed in at least a foot. I was also surprised by how well the Toyota held up.

Wow, so they literally doubled the original amount they offered you. Talk about shady business! Sounds like you made out well though and should be able to cover the cost of another if you can actually find one with that low of miles. Or maybe you will be going a different direction and getting something else?

Lets face it only when Lebron came to town did people hop on the bandwagon. Did you see loyal Heat fans leave the arena in last minute of game 6? Did you see them demand to be let back in the arena. Standing room only seats were going for $400 a pop and these idiots leave like they had someplace to go, filing out like a stream of ants.
