I'm not for or against anyone in here.
But a word of advice, if you plan to go against a vendor sponsored by MBW or not. All the info you have posted is now public knowledge and can be used by either side in a legal battle. Except now you are entering defamation of character and slander.

Forum users with an attitude like you are exactly how other people get scammed.
Public knowledge of the REAL business practices of vendors are critical for new customers in deciding who to do business with.

For example, if my opinion is that person A is an a$$hole, does that mean I have slandered person A? No. If I support someone that was defrauded by Person A, does that mean I have slandered or libeled person A? No.
One of the great rights of this/my country, the United States of America, is the freedom of speech. What I do not like is when people try to scare me into not voicing my opinion, support or personal experiences.

Just my 2 cents: Every Ponzi scheme starts out great and people (customers) make money, how on earth do you think the scammers get highly recommended and get customers? It all starts with a guy that people like so 'the guy' needs to be a great actor which in turn makes him a great con man. So, are there people that will say he is great? Of course there is or all these other people who got screwed would never be in this situation with him!
...and it is not only Kelvin! There are at least 2 more verified and there will be many more...I guarantee it! Then there are the guys who just had lousy work done by this mole and again...I am sure there are more.
His facebook page is deleted, he never came on here in his own defense, he never answers his phone anyway and I am sure that will be shut off soon. There is nothing to defend for him!

Hate to say it but the $$$ is long gone spent. I wouldnt be surprised if this happened to other car enthusiasts who are outside of the USA that this happens to by other vendors. Send me $$ and good luck trying to collect? Esp when you are thousands of miles away. Happened to me but was for $400 a few years ago.

From a newb's perspective this info is invaluable. In most cases I need to use advice from this type of forum to make well informed decisions.
Without information like this I would most likely get ripped off. Before this thread surfaced I most likely would have purchased products and or services off of Bruce without knowing that I'd be at risk.
Keep it coming, we are here to help each other out! From a vendor's perspective it's survival of the fittest. I've had a business related to the online car industry before and your reputation is everything. Step up to the plate or step aside and someone will backfill and make your customers happy.

I didn't notice any defamation. Unless someone was lying about their story but I don't believe anyone was. Seems no one wanted to rock the "This is THE guy to go to." Boat with a story that may have been brushed aside at the time.

When I ordered my expensive parts from TTM, I went with him because I thought at the time I was getting the best product in the market.. When they arrived the TB was WAY off and had to be completly re-worked by my shop to make it fit.. I now find out that he sent me a cheap rail that leaks because it's no teflon coated.. Keep in mind these were expensive parts from him.. Is this Slander, NO, IT'S THE TRUTH..

I've been surfing this room on and off since these 211 AMGs came out; long before IB took over. I rarely post. This is not so diff from the way vrus flamed out.
Seems to start out with good intentions but poor money management and bad business practices seem to ruin them.
I will hopefully be joining the E55 ranks next week and knowing the info that Kevin put out is invaluable.

im with you Hulk, there's a bunch of people on here stirring the pot. I've known bruce for years and I've never had an issue with the way he conducts business. I've met a lot of his customers too, some of them are forum guys, never have i heard an ill word about him before this.
