--Recent New tune issue/NO Burnouts etc--

Hey guys so ever since i got a new tune after installing my 82mm TB my car hasn't been the same as it was before. It jerks while around 1500rpm to 2000rpm,(very embarrassing) i can NO longer do standing burn outs.(have done them in the past), ESP incorporation message pops up and car is on limp mode, gotta shut it off and turn it back on to drive. This is getting really frustrating and annoying and the jerking part, well just plain Embarrassing. And the funny thing is my buddy Jamy (manucy) who we both did our 82mm swaps he got a re-tune and its all good and his is a 06 and does Burnouts like a monster, he has no jerking issues or anything. I was able to do all of these too prior to the new tune. I've done some nice burnout's on the spot, i never had the Jerking issue. My car runs and drives like new with no issues what so ever, it pulls like train, i Love the car but this stuff is really getting annoying. I have called Eurocharged last week or week before that multiple times, i have left messages and i never got a response back. I just emailed Jerry as well so hopefully when he reads it he will do something to get this figured out. I am just getting tired of it!!

When does it do this.. Mine is doing the Same thing when I turn a corner, does not seem to know what gear to be in.. I have the EC tune as well as the TCU tune.. Can't decide what's at fault.. Pulls like a train except for the jerkyness

yahh man same here when i turn a corner she jerks, when am on a stop sign and start the car at 1500-2000 rpm it jerks, there is something in the tune 100% that is making this happen. Plus i used to do massive burnouts man and now NONE limp mode

This place is a joke.
Berti, my car jerks too...Not always but when it happens it is very noticeable. I have learned to drive without making it happen, it seems worse in manual shift mode, especially first gear. Happens maybe once a week or so.. I think its the supercharger engaging at low RPM's that causes it, but not sure.

The 82mm tb controlled by ME9.7 which has a different Rom & data/file than the stock 74mm which controlled through ME2.8,

that may one of the important reason that when the tuner remap the file, the interruption point may appears while

the ECU get the signal from the TCU & ESP..?!?,,

need to confirm; is the TCU or ESP can reads the remap properly after the 82mm tb recalibrate with the ECU,

while the car running....??

TB Reset

1. With TB installed turn car on to position 2 reset the ecu with a scan tool. Turn the car off and let it "sleep"
2. Go over to the throttle body and unhook the cable going to it.
3. Turn ignition key to the stage right before the car turns on. (position 2)You should get a error on the dash. (ESP Visit Workshop) wait 20 seconds and then turn the key to the first position not 0. leaving key intact.
4. Plug the cable back in.
5. Now go put the key to the position 2 right before the car starts and wait 3 min,the car will re adapt the throttle body and you will hear it move on its on. While this is going on, put everything back together!
6. Start car from position 2, and everything should be okay, tap gas peddle, rpm should drop normally, if they get stuck, or if you have a CEL, you did NOT do the reset correctly!

Did you check all of the hoses on the back of the TB? And what codes are you throwing?
