My dealership told me they only work with EASYCARE-TOTALCARE. I own a 2009 E63AMG with 25K miles. factory warranty runs out in September?

Anyone can share their experience with EASYCARE-TOTALCARE? I have not read a lot of good things about them. The BBB website shows a 104 complaints about them in the past 3 years .

Please let me know.

I had them and stay away. The Warranty was $5k and after 3 months of owning the car, i took it in for valve cover gaskets leaking, gas smell from fuel sending units, and a few smaller items. They denied everything but the valve cover gasket repair. Ended up cancelling the warranty and got approx 90% back.

Might be better to have a rainy day repair account to save up instead.

I agree for the most part, but it depends upon the company, coverage, and cost...If you know the car and how you have cared for it, may be better to just find a good indy and save the money.
