Quick off topic question to aknight55 or who ever else has this diff, can u still see the AMG on the pipes ? Can the mufflers be brought out a tad to stick out like say a c63 exhaust ?

I have this on my own E55 and you can still see the AMG on the pipes.

In my opinion the tips don't need to be adjusted at all.

Extremely simple. Remove the factory plastic diffuser, drill 2 holes, install new diffuser with double sided tape, secure nuts on the back side to tighten the corners.

Probably a good hour taking your time.

How do you get the old one off? Does it have to be cut off? I thought another diffuser required trimming of the factory piece?

Do we get down to $400 if 20+ people join? I may be down
Regards

Does anyone have photos that show the difference between the "gloss" and "matte" finish?

I'd like to see an example of each before I decide which way to go....

Great diffuser. I'd be in if I didn't achieve my 3-fin looking perfect.
Good price!

Cool... yes, I noticed those. Hmmmm, can't really decide now. The matte is more of a "factory" finish, but on a glossy black car it almost might be better to have the shinier one?
