2004 E55 AMG
Exclamation power loss at 100mph
im having an issue with my e55. the car will not go over 100 mph. it has amazing power and moves. but at 100 mph it tells me distronic limit reached and cuts off fuel. in dyno mode it I can take it up to 149 mph. tried disconnecting the battery, did the ecu reset with no luck. can the car have a limit set by the dealer? or does the car have a ecu issue. im taking the car in on Tuesday but I don't want get raped. thank you. also I noticed when I get on the car sometimes I feel like the car loses power at higher speeds but that's a different issue. thank you for everyone in anticipation.
