Not exactly.

While posting PMs is indeed against the TOU, I doubt that summarizing the subject matter of a PM would elicit a response from the staff

Price was good enough I picked another one up also. I've already got 3 I use mostly for motocross and the price was too good to pass up for another one. To give people a hint I paid $350 plus shipping for my last one and this was well below that .
