So as the title to the thread states I am installing in some used Kleeman cams. I am wondering if I need to do anything else to the heads or anything during the install. I know that on some other engines you need to put in new rollers or some sort of wear item that way it can break in a bit.

Make sure you use plenty of assembly lube. Other than that I didn't do anything else.

I believe Mercedes says the cam bridge bolts are 1 time use as well so I always replaced mine. And of course any gaskets etc you remove.
