Different diameter Tires?
Does anyone know what would happen if I tried running 245/35/19 (diameter 25.75) in front and 285/35/19 (diameter 26.85") is the rear on my 2004 E55?
So the rear would be 1.1 inches larger in diameter.

Two reason to do it. I don't like the stretched tire look, I like a little over hang of the tire on the wheel. The diameter which gives me that is 1 inch bigger. I'm putting 19 X 10 on the back and the proper tire size is 285/30/19. So few tires come in that size that my option would be to go to 285/35/19 with the 1 inch bigger diameter. That being said, I do like the over all larger tire look in back like the old Muscle Car set ups where the tires were taller and wider in back than the front, kind of a mild "mock" drag car look like on the old Monte Carlos.
