HELP!!! E63 phone connection issues.
i just upgraded to an iphone 5S and cant seem to connect to bluetooth. Had no problem with my iphone 5. Is there some sort of reset feature i dont know about?

Thats odd, try resetting your phone to factory settings. keep in mind the iphone 5s uses version 4.0+HS Bluetooth. It may just be that the software on your car unit needs to be updated.
Although I thought Bluetooth was backwards compatible.

How can I reset the phone to factory settings when i haven't made any changes to begin with? its possible that i need to upgrade the software on the car, would the dealer know if this is necessary or possible? thanks for your feedback.

My iphone 5 would not connect to a brand new pair of BT headphones. I reset it and it would connect after that..
