That's a little outside of my dad's neck of the woods (normally) - that's if you are talking about the VA hospital on 45th street.
My dad has a silver, flat hood badge, and I am pretty sure he just got the windows tinted.... :dunno:

I personally am not bothered by what people put in their signature since it is a reflection on the person that puts it there. That is why I suggest hmrdwn include this pic in his sig.
