Hey guys, just started my car up and heard this very awful noise coming from the engine bay. Opened the hood, and to me it seems like one of the bearings has gone bad.

I took a couple pictures of the suspected bearing/area where the sound was coming from, and recorded a quick vid to show you guys. The picture of the bearing I took appears to have been broken to pieces as I saw a small piece of it fly out as it was spinning.
