Offset question (E55)

Hi. Currently on OEM AMG wheels using 245/40/18 (front) and 275/35/18 (rear) tires. Looking for new 18"s but there are 18X8.5 with 32 offset and 18X9.5 with 38 offset. Looking to use the existing almost new Falken tires. With the little offset and wide change, there will be any issue?

Thanks Primus.
For me those are not the best or more beautiful wheels, but I can use my new existing tires.
Also, here the streets are awful for 19" or 20".

Didn't work! Although is 32 offset, the legs hit the calipers. Very sad! I need wheels!
