I have a friend offering me 20" Vossen wheels for my E55. He has a 2010 SL550.
Wheels:
Vossen VVSCV3 Monoblock 20"
Front: 20X9 with 245/35 tires
Rear: 20X10.5 with 285/30 tires

I understand the "perfect" tire size is 245/30 and 285/25

Im assuming 30 and 35mm offsets (from SL550).

I have same exact set
Up on my e55 accept I'm running 295/25 on rear

How hard is the ride? are you lowered? Im afraid about bend or crack the wheels.

30/35 series tires ride perfectly fine IMO.

I had 295/25 on my 20" wheels and wish I had 30's on it. I was under the impression that the 30's would be to tall for the car, I had wished that I went with a 19" wheel with a 30 series tire. Is this wheel size currently on an E?

Rides perfectly fine and no I'm just on the stock air system in those pics it's sitting at sport 2 position

We recommend the 25 series as the 30 is too tall and it might need some mods so it does not rub.
