2005 E55 AMG
lock and unlock all 4 doors with remote?
OK - my remote will lock/unlock all 4 doors when I push unlock

my wife's remote unlocks the driver door only

so - what's the trick? or do I just tell her I'm special LOL

Press lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to toggle this function .. can also be set in DAS … but can't remember where

IIRC the key has to be in the run position in the ignition, then hold the lock and unlock button for 3 to 5 seconds.

information easily found in the car manuals. Index at front helps to go straight to the page with the details.
This is a feature that has been available on just about any car with remote even for other brands.
