E-500 overhead lighting and sunroof problems
Got in my car the other day, and there was no overhead lighting, no reading lights on the mirror, no ambient lighting, no door lighting, and the sunroof did not work. Then later everything worked again. Now, not working. I have checked all the fuses, both in the trunk, under the hood, and beside the drivers door. Pulled the lighting cluster and checked all the connections. All the fuses, and connections looked good.
Is there a module that controls all of these functions? Any other ideas on what to look for?
Thanks

Thank you thumper823, I will try that. However, to clarify, there is no power to any of the overhead functions, or the door lights. I was told it may be a SAM issue, but, no help beyond that.

That did not work.
MORE PROBLEMS! GAH! Along with all the above, my radio, and heater control panel no longer automatically dims. And the drivers door window does express down, but, not express up. All the other windows are fine. Is the drivers door SAM, basically a fuse block? Or is it an actual module? Any pictures I google seem to show a fuse block. I am so confused
