I've got the same problem with my CL63. So, from what I understood, it if dissappears in about first 5 minutes of driving (which it does), I should be okay?

mine made similar noise but louder and more knock sounding. did it when I ran Mobil 1 0w-40...drove half a mile away and the sound stopped. after that went back to Motul oil and the sound never came back.
