E63 Kleemann LT Headers/Custom Midsection/Tune - Step 1
So I got my E63 in January and just got around to beginning the mods.
I took my car to Fabspeed. They are a Kleemann dealer, but they also design and manufacture exhaust systems for basically every exotic out there. These guys are the real deal. The shop is a work of art, and when I went there, they were working on a Gallardo, two R8s, a 991 Turbo, 993 Turbo, F10 M5 and a handful of others.
Car should be done next week. I'm getting before and after dynos and a custom midsection back to the resonators. Depending on the sound, I may end up removing the resonator as well. I'll post after pics of the car on the lift and a sound clip.
Here are some shots of the building and shop. The manager mentioned that they are looking to do more Mercedes work--give them a call. I'm not affiliated with them at all, just a very impressed customer.
