MAF part#
Greetings everyone, I have an 07 E63 that's throwing P0171 and P0174 codes. Dealer wants to replace the intake for a whopping cost of $3800 plus labor. I want to try replacing the MAF's first and if that doesn't work then the intake gasket. I call the dealer and they wanted almost $370.00 for each MAF because they say I have to replace the entire air box on each. Seems like a waste of money to me to replace the whole box because the MAF can be removed. Does anyone have the part number just for the MAF and where I can purchase them from. Thanks.

I'm afraid they not comes separately, they comes with an air boxes,,

The dealer just follows flow charts and will replace the most expensive part first. Most Dealers have no knowledge on how to solve the issue at hand.

Please make sure you do not have a fuel sending unit failure, that started all my issues and MB spent $1000 of my money trying to track down the issue only to pay me back after they could not get rid of my check engine light, it was not on when I brought it in. They wanted to replace my ECU for $4000, what a joke. I replaced the sending unit and all was good.
