shipping ECU - how much insurance?
going to ship an ECU overnight, how much do you guys insure for in case it gets lost?

Why are you shipping ECU? For a tune just get a cable and SW … way cheaper …

Looks like somebody is getting region coded to clear OBD readiness warnings...

I'd insure for a minimum of $1500. Anyone who thinks you can just slap in a used ECU doesn't have a clue what they talking about.

I would insure it for $500. Used one's run about $200, and Beckmann, Accelerated industries and myself can unlock the used one for you. I charge like $250 for unlocks. You'll need DAS with developer though.
