Were you able to hook off the line? If not, come up to MIR with RBJ! Maybe up the shot a little and be first in the 9s in a E55

How much juice ???? I think a lot of people on here would like to know. Also what kind of N20 setup you are running.

can some of you experienced guys, give us noobs some pointers? Will be going to the strip for the first time as soon as it opens. Any suggestions for a launch or anything?

It hooked pretty good being that the track prep wasn't the greatest so I was waiting a little bit longer to hit the nitrous as not to spin.. I think we can get the 60'(1.58) down a little bit and maybe mess with the jetting

If you are going to be running drag radials or slicks just flash the converter,which you do by keeping the car at idle then just stomping on the gas when you take off.. This has been the best for me,my car does not do well brake boosting,good luck and have a blast,the track is a lot of fun!!

150 for NOS is more like a 125 shot. Low tens is pretty damn cool. Nice job.

I did a 150 shot on the dyno (NOS jet sizes for 150 shot) and picked up over 200hp (I think it was 212rwhp). On a 40 shot we tried for cooling I gained 67hp and 112ft/lbs on the dyno.

Damn,those are some serious gains.. We saw around 110-115whp with 150 NOS jets..

I really want to try this method as mine always tries to push through the brakes when I load it up, but RBJ's story about two broken trannies using this method have me a bit apprehensive.

Two? I only broke one. I did break the driverside axle, stock diff ( shattered both)and a piece of the driveshaft.

I didn't as I was set on running my pb and didn't want to risk what happened at the track the week before when I was only able to make one hit as the time clock went down..

It will take some seat time to figure out how to launch on street tires,a little tricky but you'll get it.. Do a small burnout to heat the tires up some and try a soft launch by rolling into the throttle as apposed to just stomping on it..

nasty, that mph is killer. nice pass, with the hp that car is making a good 60' should put it in the 9's easy.

what would happen if you sprayed it out of the hole? (with a window switch) or have it come in 200rpms or so after your flash rpm?

Congrats 305! Good run, yes the prep was not the best, if only I could have nailed a 1.60, 10s would have been mine, oh well
