More boost would create more heat. Headers are a cooling mod. I'm in SoFlo and we live in heat and humidity. But you could have 11.7- 11.5 all day with this set up.
Sounds good I'll definitely take that into account! It makes it hard because the track here in San Antonio is not up to par with other tracks I've seen...
If I can get my 60' down to 1.8-1.9 I'd be happy with that lol.. People on DR's were cutting 2.0's.. It's just not ideal conditions or prep haha
Thanks for the advice though! I'll definitely keep those mods in mind when it comes time!!

Scenario 1 no fueling mods needed
-SC pulley or 168mm or 172mm, boost generated will be about 12 psi
-Heat exchangee and bosch pump
-Kleemann Headers
-Belt Wrap Kit

Scenario 2 FUELING MODS WILL BE NEEDED FOR SAFETY
-180mm and up crank pulley, or any crank pulley bigger than factory compounded with a SC pulley
-kleemann headers or long tube headers
-with the above mentioned setup the stock 74 mm throttle body will be the bottle neck in the system so you would have to upgrade to 80 mm or 82 mm throttle body.
- if the car has more than 70k miles change the fuel filter and fuel sending unit.
Fixed your scenario #1.

IMO a 82 tb with long tubes, HE and pump, would be a perfect daily driver. Trunk tank and pulley would be needed for track use. But the tune IS important. Stock boost is fine. But once you up the boost, you need to up the fuel( injectors). No need for the looped rail, I never had one. Air box and intake tubes do help, a lot. But not needed for DD.
A few have hit 500+rwhp with the combo mentioned - 'AMGEPower' did it recently with the addition of the upper pulley. His mods are Kleemann headers, Kleemann tune, upper pulley, trunk tank. He's over 500rwhp.

My car with just the upper pulley and tune hit 459rwhp on an extremely hot and humid summer day- and I am on a very conservative tune now. I am willing to bet with a nice set of long tubes, like MBH, I could pick up another 40-45rwhp with a nice retune. 500rwhp is definitely achievable with just those mods.

I'd NEVER recommend a TB to someone who daily drives their car. Sure, some have no issues, but the majority have had/still have issues.

Just my .02

Dyno numbers really don't mean much anyways. I've seen people lie about their numbers just because they were close to a certain number. But good luck to you either way. And if your running 14+psi, you should have injectors.

And the tb issue is all in the tune.

Another 17whp by just adding headers and a s/c pulley should be cake.

Is anyone running the kleemann cams? What type of gains at the wheels are those good for?
