AEM wideband failsafe problems

AEM wideband failsafe problems
I have some issues with my aem failsafe wideband:
1- Every time I go WOT the gauge indicate red below 8(afr) but when you revise the logs with their software AEMdata, the AFR is where it must be between 11 and 13.
2- also those afr readings are richer by 1 point, if you compare with another afr gauge like innovate this kit reads richer, let's say on another gauge it reads 12 on this gauge it reads 11, which is not safe to read 1 point richer.
as for boost readings it is accurate.
any thoughts?
