Would anyone happen to have a link for a torrent or a way to download the MB STAR diagnostics program? Is this even possible?

I had an M3 before and there were torrents available for BMW's equivalent of STAR...then you would go out and buy a cable to plug to the OBD port for 60$ and you could get all of the detailed reports, diagnostics, and programing that BMW had access to.

If this available, or possible with Mercedes and their STAR program?

 

It is a lot more complicated than just download the software, buy the cheap cable and make it work!
To answer your question: No it is not possible!

 

You need a multiplexer to be able to do anything with the software.

FWIW - Cheap MUXs can be had for like $350, and they come with cables/drives for T30s
