1st time Dynojet here with a 2003/E55AMG runs 11000 Km.
428 rwhp & 64.3 Kgm TQ !
Consider the 17% power train loss, it's 516 hp on the crank !
Everything stock, except for delimit & BMC filters.
23.5 C, 1018 mBar(Sea level), 91 Octane.
Test this beast with a stage-1 996TT (optional 450 ps + Vmax 309 Km/hr) neck to neck.
this E55AMG hits 321 Km/hr on the speedo while 996TT hits
309 Km/hr as well as factory claims.
Yes, E55AMG kills the stage-1 996 TT !

Wow...that is freakin awesome...one question though, as to the AMG engines being hand built, does that affect the hp ratings on all engines??? I mean does this engine being hand built make it "one of a kind" I always thought that the all AMG engines were different...someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I would love to believe that my car is pushing that much power but does that go for every W211 E55 AMG engine? And plus I would jus keep this lil tip to myself. I'm sure people will ask what kind of numbers I would be pushing, and I would smile and say 469 hp and 516 pound feet of torque

I raced with a 2002/W211/E55AMG & won, then this 2003/E55AMG killed me at speed over 125 mph

So I'm guessing the few early 2002 batches were built by 476 ps
(469 hp in SAE), later batches (2003~ ) are all uprated to 500 ps.
3% variation in production is normal though.

Evosport /Vadim posted a 424 rwhp Dynochart of 2003/E55AMG before.

BenzoBoi-
The variations between each AMG engine is at most probably a few HP at most. They are all built to the same speficications and tolerances and then are put on an engine dyno to verify that the #'s are up to par. The only difference is the person who builds it, but as you would expect they are all equally (and highly) qualified. Now I guess you can say that your car puts down 428rwhp....as soon as you get some BMC filters.
Hope this helps
