Anyway if you are seeking to resolve phone issues with your car this guy is the very knowledgeable as a former installer. From Calif I believe. Find him on ebay or email him cellguy@live.com.
The dealer here in Oklahoma didn't know how to help me regarding the phone in my 04 E55 but this guy did. Even shared step by step instructions.
He knows the MB phones, navi, voice control, etc and if he doesn't have it he can prolly get what you need.
Hope this info helps someone else because I wasted along time looking for correct answers.

He can help you out. I bought my part from MB dealer who didn't know how to make it work this guy does. That is why I posted he was a great help. His number is on ebay if you want to call him just search cellguy85 his number is in most of the kits etc he puts on there.

I can also vouch for this guy. (His name is Keith) When I had my CLS, he hooked it up with Bluetooth and voice control. All brand new OEM parts and he even installed them for me. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable.
