The depreciation is horrible. That is way less than 50% of retail after 4 years:

While the depreciation for the 210 E55's has been surprisingly brisk, don't ignore the possibility that this particular car has a 'record'....flood damage, accidents, etc., or even repo auction.
(Just trying to be a 'glass half full' person today).

No one is going to pay more for an AMG with 100K+ miles. With that many miles, it's at least 15K in depreciation. The 45K NADA value is for normal miles, between 40-50K.
