Yeah they turned out a lot better then i thought. The shop that did the work for me had a 458 Ferrari getting the exact wheels but HRE. Looks exactly the same for 1/4 the price!

And imo, 3-piece wheels are a big waste of money. I too went that route awhile ago and ended up fixing wheel, after wheel... after wheel. My TSWs are a fraction of what my 3-piece wheels were and I haven't had a single issue. Don't believe the hype.

VHT High Temp Engine Enamel Burnt Copper
VHT High Temp Engine Enamel Clear (Can use High Temp Rim Clear also)
Vinyl Sticker , Measured the Factory AMG grabbed a pic off the internet, and had a zVinyl graphics guy make them for me. Fully intended on putting Akebono Ceramics on the car, but found out after this job that they shouldn't be. So without ruining the caliper I am leaving them as is. Hell the MB Dealer in Richmond had the whole store in the back looking at them and the engine, and asked who I knew at AMG Germany to get special Calipers like that. I shook my head.
Anyway, spray the rear of the calipers first, small short sprays and let dry, then spray again, and so on. With color you just need to make sure its covered completely. No need to be thick or anything, just good and covered. Let it dry completely then put the AMG stickers on it.
Then start clearing it on top of the stickers. Short sprays and layer it on well. 5 days after the clearing I coated them with a glass coating (22PLE) for rims. This even helps them out more and shines them up a little. They have been on for 2 months and still perfect. No worries.
I would have rather taken them off completely and then sprayed them, but bleeding the system and all that was not worth it. Took 5 hours to do right.

Thats a gorgeous looking car I think I'm turning a shade of lime green over here. Wish I would have looked around longer and had a little patience before getting my 350

wheels look sickk. How about color matching or clearing out the side markers now to finish off that blacked out look. It looks like you had your trim blacked out in the side and back, would you happen to have any pics of the back blacked out. I was thinking about going this route too.
