Oh, the headlight washer button is my favorite button to accidentally press right after cleaning the car. I have those, so bi-xenons are probably what I have.

these are Depo lights too you guys. I love them makes the car look different.

They make them in H.I.D form and Non-H.I.D I wish I remember what the name of the shop was but I believe Gary sells them too.

Thumbs up

Hey guys,

Ordering a E63 bumper kit soon from Gary (Not in stock) and wanted to get some matching facelift E63 headlights. So I found this thread and got in contact with the Ebay seller. I am aware that these headlights come with a cheap HID kit, so I only wanted the headlights. The seller was kind enough to send me a direct link to their actual website which is cheaper! And gave me an additional 10% discount code! "EKTDP2014" (Feel free to use!)

On Ebay, this kit sales for $449.93 with cheap HID kit plus shipping not included (See Link Below)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/FACELIFT-LOOK-DEPO-03-06-MERCEDES-W211-E-CLASS-XENON-HEADLIGHT-4-HALOGEN-Model-/151985693477?vxp=mtr&hash=item23630da325
Here is the actual website link for much CHEAPER! $319.95 just for headlights or $389.95 with cheap HID kit. (See Link Below)

https://www.uniquestyleracings.com/i...91&search=w211

I ordered just the headlights using the discount code "EKTDP2014" at $287.95 (I plan on purchasing a better quality HID kit)

So far this company (uniquestyleracings.com) has been nothing but GREAT!

1. Ordered 4/04/16 (21 hours ago)

"Order ID: 149XX
Date Ordered: 04/04/2016

Your order has been updated to the following status: Processing"

2. 4/05/16 (2 hours ago)

Received a phone call from a company rep asking if it was ok for them to use USPS as shipping carrier (They normally use FedEx). I'm located in Hawaii, so FedEx cost was $50 more then I paid for shipping. I kindly said USPS is fine as long as they pack the headlights well (Received damaged parts from USPS in the past). The company rep was very thankful and insured they will honor my request. She also stated my order will be shipped today and a tracking number would be provided as well.

3. 4/05/16 (55 minutes ago)

"UNIQUE STYLE RACINGS - Order Update 149XX

Order ID: 149XX
Date Ordered: 04/04/2016

Your order has been updated to the following status: Shipped

The comments for your order are:

Dear Gregory - # 149XX again,
We would like to thank you for your patience and to notify you that your order has been processed and shipped via United States Postal Services with the tracking confirmation provided here: # 94108102008299780XXXXX"

I will update this story has my order arrives. Just wanted to share this great experience so far. I love when companies know how to do business!
If you're on the fence about these headlights. I say go for it! Use their site and the coupon code! And save some money!

Personally to me, the dep headlights and most of the components with them were pretty trash and chincy feeling. I swapped over all the chrome parts and the lens onto my oem headlights. Took a little time, but I prefer it. Plus, I dont think they offer a headlight with the auto leveling.

My car doesn't have auto leveling and I've heard decent things about these depo lights. So I'm just hoping for the best. Worst case scenario, I'll swap them out.

I have been thinking about these and to make a lens swap. The question now is the lens of same quality as OEM? Oems seem have a rainbow hue to them from certain angles, I guess this is UV protection? Do the depos have the same thing?

How was the install for you? Or did you have a shop do it instead?

Hey BagMan, excellent write up. I have the DEPO headlights as well, and my ballasts are failing as well. How did you replace them? Will any pair of ballast work? Asking before I start pulling the bumper and headlights off.

Thanks again,

Thanks again,
I'd invest in a quality HID kit, like Morimoto

Isn't there manual height adjustment on the headlights? The DEPO units we've played around with all had them. Should be able to level those.

And yes, the bundled HID kits are cheaper kits they add on to mark up the pricing. We carry top end Morimoto HID conversion kits if interested. Backed by a 5 year warranty.

Does anyone have experience with the Depo direct replacement housings for vehicles that came with HID? I'm curious as to how the beam pattern compares to factory.

Talking about these ones here: https://www.umnitza.com/2003-2006-me...headlight.html
