Can STAR lower just the front?

Just interested in lowering front 0.5-0.75", like rear. Anyone known a dealer in NJ or PA that will do this? Thanks

Yes, the front can be lowered independent of the rear

Or you can do the "washer mod" that I've seen tossed around here for the same drop yourself if you're on a budget.
