I don't mind you posting my info. It's posted on this site in many places.
Moving forward, this is the exact timeline of events. If you like, I can post our email/text correspondence.
- June 2nd, you sent me a pay pal request for funds along with a message saying my parts will ship "on or before June 4th"
- June 11th, I sent you a very polite email (which I can post here at your request) following up on the scoops I purchased. No Response.
- June 12th, Found your cell number and shot you a text asking the same, when can I expect my part that was paid for 10 days prior. You responded and made an effort to correct the situation. I was waiting for photos that you said you would take that evening and send. That never happened.
- June 13th, I politely ask for a refund. You say that I will get it that evening. This too does not happen.
- Today, Your lack of communication forced me to file a claim. You shot me a really childish text message when you found out I filed a dispute. What did you want me to do?
I realize that you must have a life outside making scoops. I understand things happen and I imagine I am not at the top of your list of priorities. I get it. But dude, if you are collecting payments from people you have a duty to them.
I have no problem with you and it looks like you have fulfilled my request for a refund which I appreciate. May your thread go on in prosperity.

Not sure why you didn't just send TheVazHa the scoops without the decals. I'm sure he would of been more than happy to wait the needed time for the decals to finish being made if he had the scoops in hand.
I'd like to see pics of finished scoops with decals before I feel comfortable sending you money for them. I'm sure all the other people on the list feel the same way.
If the scoops are done and you're just waiting for decals some pics of them would go a long way for everybody interested in them..

Vasha wanted a refund for his own reasons understandable ones i offered scoops even original ttm's he simply wanted a refund i will gladly get completed decaless scoop pics

Problem with decals they waited until now to tell me the issue with amg decals among other orders I had placed weeks prior
Here are a matte set I produced just had the pic on my phone thenothers are high gloss black will get pics without decals tomorrow as requested
It wasnt my intentions to take this damn long but things happen thus my reasoning not to accept payment until...
I might add I flipped a car in the middle of this project as well, yes rolled over as in accident...that also caused huge delays as one might imagine

I'd be interested in the scoops without the decals for the time being as it seems it will be a few more weeks before the decals are ready. Would you be willing to send them without the decals then send the decals separate when they are done? Shouldnt be more than a 50 cent stamped envelope as far as cost. I'm sure some of the other people on the list wound be interested in doing this as well.
