Anyone in Houston willing to do a STAR diag on Airmatic for me?

I have read posts of others saying there are people that offer up free STAR diagnostics, however, I don't want to be rude and ask them to do it for me.

I have a CarMax warranty, so I had my car towed in to the CarMax off I-10 and Mason Rd a couple weeks ago because the front right air strut blew out. While it was there, they said they were going to replace it and the front left one at the same time cause it was leaking air.

Now for the past few days, I keep getting Visit Workshop errors, the car is not raising and lowering on command. Sometimes it sits at proper height, sometimes it's low. Using the extra height button to the left of the comfort control button gets the dash display to say car raising, but the car doesn't raise. A couple days ago, I left the extra height button on and the next day I came out, it had raised to the extra height. When I disabled the extra height, it didn't lower the car for another day.

I am pretty sure CarMax screwed something up and I am scheduled to bring it in on Tuesday, but I have lost confidence in this repair center. I was previously in Sacramento, CA until a couple months ago and the CarMax out there took really good care of getting everything fixed for me and usually sent it out to Mercedes or Mercedes specialist shops. The CarMax here in Katy gives me a feeling they don't actually give a crap.

So, I was really hoping someone could help me out and check to see if they can find the problem. I am pretty broke as we recently moved out to Katy from Sacramento and I started my job a couple months ago, so I'm still a bit behind on getting bills caught back up. I'd be happy to buy you a pack of beer if that helps any. Thanks!

This place is a joke.
If you have the Maxcare warranty take your car to the MB dealer. You don't have to take it to Carmax.

Yes, I can take it to any qualified repair shop. However, my deductible is $50 more for not taking it to CarMax, which means I'd pay $300 every time I take it to a repair shop instead of $250. I know, I was stupid for not paying the extra $1K to get the $75 deductible, but it can't be changed, as I've called them and tried several times. Also, the Warranty Group states there is a capped labor charge/hour rate they will pay. When I was in California, the MB dealerships charged $35/hour more than MaxCare would pay. I have to check what the rate is out here in Texas at the MB dealerships. But like I said, out in Califronia, the Carmax there sent the car out for 90% of the work to the actual MB dealership or an MB specialist, and as long as Carmax sent the car over I didn't incur any extra costs for deductible or labor. I figured it would be the same here, but I guessed wrong.

I will however most likely be taking my car to one of the specialist shops here in the area. I was going to search more later on which shop in the Houston area was best to take the car for warranty work though.
