RB is the answer.
Racingbrake is an US brake company with 30 years in business. We design, develop, tool, mfg, assemble and test in our SoCal facility in Fullerton. We are highly specialized in providing brake solutions, including the complete brake system (rotor, pad & caliper) beyond just making the parts.
We have a very complete coverage on light weight two piece rotors and brake pads replacement for MB, check us out, if you still can't find your brakes, just let us know.

Wow, you guys work fast! Seems like it was just a couple weeks ago you were trying to get a beat on the demand for these and now they're already in production!

1.the clip holding in the pads,
2. The moterized piston.
So like in the video above, you'd have to use the steering wheel to retract the Pistons. And also as a precaution, do both at the same time as stated up above to avoid running into my situation. So two Jack stands or one Jack stand and keep the other side lifted on a healthy Jack.
[ edit: Excuse all of this, no idea how I replied to this thread instead of the intended one. Sorry. Someone delete]
