E63 Conversion H/E Question

Which company makes the better fitting heat exchanger for the E63 conversion? I cant make up my mind, don't want to add stress to the bottom of the bumper.

I went with Eurocharged. Fits great.

There's a lot more room in there with the E63 bumper. Most will fit no problem

I put the EC unit on mine and it was pretty easy. I have the stock front end also.

i believe the Eurocharged H/E with the E63 conversion requires some slight cutting on the inside of the lower bumper....can anyone else confirm this?

I had to cut some of the inside bumber to get it as close as possible but with cutting it still sticks out some. meaning it doesn't sit flush with the driving light.

I'd be interested in how the PLM fits, since it has the lower bracketry for the later model years. If it fits well, I'd consider switching from the FTP for better fitment.

I hate how the FTP pushes the E55 front bumper down. My upper bumper mounts are suffering.

EC fits, I believe FTP V2 fits better

I don't have an E63 bumper but on my E55 and the PLM, I had no problems at all. Straight up bolt on.

none
I have the oem/EC intercooler setup and it makes the bumper along the passenger side headlight with my suvneer E63 bumper slightly off.

I trimmed my 'fat lip' - I have the FTP (v1)

everyone raises and eyebrow though when seeing the FTP logo
