Don't think the hook is on all but the slide out thing he talked about holding cards, is cool. I never use it but knowing you can press from the bottom to raise what you put in there is cool.

I could soooo use those hooks. I keep 3 separate backpacks in my trunk and they go everywhere when I drive.

1. Walk up to car, pressing & holding the unlock button
2. Windows don't roll down, but car beeps & unlocks
3. Scratch head, stand next to car and repeat step 1
4. Car beeps again, but windows still don't roll down
5. Man walking by looks at you like you don't know how to operate a door handle
6. Repeat step 1 again and all 4 windows finally roll down
7. Stand there by your car looking around while the man from step 5 drives off shaking his head
8. Finally enter the car about 30 seconds after the windows have rolled down only to find the seats still hot
9. Start up the car, reluctantly closing the windows after such hard work to get them down, and turn the a/c on anyways

Auto open feature
LoL @ the 9-step procedure to open your windows & Sun-R. Interestingly, on the '00 E38 we had the windows could be opened from a distance (provided the key fob was in range). I could open windows from my apt. then walk to car & it's aired out by time i get to it. I really think this makes more sense than the W211 way. Why stand outside the car and wait for it to cool....best to just sit inside and open all windows. Either way, it don't affect me since I rarely use this feature.
