Check engine + P0715+P0730

About 2 months ago I was driving (not rough, legal speeds) and at some point I felt like the gear is slipping, means engine revved but the car wasn't accelerating.
I stopped aside, switched the engine off and than back on and the car continue driving as normal, no check engine light or anything.

Been working properly till last night when I felt those symptoms again, only that this time after re-firing the engine it was driving properly for about 1-2 minutes in first-second gear and than again- revving and not accelerating.

Gave it 2-3 tries and pulled over with check engine light on.
My wifi OBD scanner pointed the error codes in the title which I already read about them and know they are transmission related.

Car is 03' E55 with Eurochared ECU and had 55k KM (it's not a mistake).

Tomorrow car will visit the work shop but I would appreciate your guide for what I should expect and approximately cost of repair.

What's worst case of scenario?

In case it's relevant I didn't touched anything related to transmission in the last year.

Thank you!

Thank you guys for your help,

I didn't changed anything related to wheels/tires/drivetrain in the last year.

I just hope it's really an easy fix and nothing complicated and expensive as gearbox rebuild etc'.

If in star it says speed sensor etc, it's probably conductor plate

Update,

After checking it in the garage found out some wires/harness have some wear & tear so all getting replaced, in addition it's control unit (I believe refer to conductor plate) need to be replaced and also the gearbox gasket need to be replaced as it looses some pressure.

All together with few other small things (replacing engine+supercharger belts) will cost approximately 1700$usd.

Makes sense?

Yes, TCU.

Considering all things mentioned including TCU is replaced, the price mentioned is reasonable?

You can get tcu for 300$ on eBay and change it yourself, real easy, how did he know the tcu needed to be changed?

Update,

During the replacement of the conductor plate find out some small metal chips in the gearbox oil which I believed created during a long time with the same oil.

They changed gearbox oil after cleaning all the metal chips from in it, changed conductor plate with all the wires/harnesses (some of them were very loose), changed the gearbox gasket and filter and also fixed some leak at the secondary air pump.
Oh yeah, also changed engine belt.

Total cost is about 1400$ inc labor.

That part is like 15$
If all they did was change out the oil and conductor plate it should have been 600-700$

I think $1400 for anything related to trans. service,,

including investigation/change small things/oil/oil filter/c. plate/pilot spacer/checking TCU condition/flushing/tighten loose bolts/cleaning + labor..

Exactly as cm60k wrote,

Investigating the problem, flushing the gearbox, new oil+filter, c.plate, checking TCU+ECU for additional errors if any, changing gearbox gasket, fixing air leak from secondary air pump and overall tighten of gearbox bolts+ engine belt, inc' labor=1400$.

Do you considering tuning your TCU after that good service..?,

great vendors here can take care about it...

Update,

So car came back from the garage on Tuesday, for the first 100km (or so) all was fine till yesterday when all of a sudden it returned.
1st-3rd gear drive smooth and smooth shifting, when shifting to 4th (in any gear mode) it slips again, revving but not accelerating.
As speed goes down to 3rd gear speeds it shift back to 3rd and drives well.

No special noises or feeling when driving 1st-3rd gear.

Car goes back to garage tomorrow for further inspection but I would like to hear your thoughts.
Can it be something related to some solenoid or anything like it?
Any chance it's the TCU itself that need a replacement?
A gearbox rebuild? (How much a gearbox rebuild should approximately cost?)

Thank you guys!

I'm not sure but I'm checking it.

It's very frustrating, just came back from a 45 km trip, during about 42 km of that trip on the highway gearbox worked perfect all the way to 5th gear and in all gear modes.
Off the highway, about 3 km from my place it was jerky same as the day I sent it to the garage.

The thing is that when it worked today- it was very smooth, no special noise or strange feel from gearbox.

Maybe there is some oil in TCU, when it comes hot TCU act strangely,

or you have a problem in one of speed solenoids that interrupt the signal that goes & back from pedal sensor to TCU..!!
