Keep My E55?

I have an '04 E55 with 80k miles. It's been a great car and I would like to keep it if I;m not running into a mountain of repair costs. Checking the forums, it seems like the car is pretty solid. What are the major mechanicals that are likely to go bad? What preventative maintenance should I be sure to do? Or, should I sell it now and avoid the repair cost risk?
