E63 brake pedal feel/sensitivity
Hi all,
Been enjoying my 2007 E63 since March and put on almost 5k miles and now at 71k miles. Thus far, the car has been a dream with comfort/power/sportiness, and the only thing that makes me "want" more is when I test drove the 2014 E63S wagon w/ the TT V8...but that's another story, lol.
My brakes worth great, but I'm still not 100% happy w/ the "feel."
My question for everyone here is whether I can have a more linear/firmer brake pedal. Specifically, the 1st half inch or so of the brake travel feels soft/spongy...and then it GRABS. When I play with the pedal by pumping it, I definitely feel it firm up. Therefore, I'm wondering if there's variables that can improve this, ie. brake lines, flushing fluid, etc...
Thank you all in advance.
P.S. My CLK55 w/ the 6 piston is much more linear/firm on brake feel by comparison.
