had my low pressure A/C hose replaced
I went ahead and ordered an expansion valve, too. It was only $31 on ECS Tuning. Doing the desiccant filter as well. MY a/c should be rocking harder than a Nickelback concert.
Now if I could figure out the blend / door / flap / actuator / motor issue, I'll be good to go. I see these stepper motors on ECS; I just need to make sure what parts need replacing.

My system doesn't leak at all, so it's not a refrigerant issue. And on days where it's 85 and below, it seems fine and eventually gets very, very cold. But on hot, humid days, it takes forever to cool the car down and still doesn't get truly COLD. Just cool.
Later that evening once it cools down, the a/c get COLD. I'm about to do the dryer/low pressure hose this weekend for the hell of it.
Cools like crazy in 90-105 degree Texas heat with NO problems, cools ridiculously fast too.
BMW E60 5 years newer does not come close in stop and go traffic
Lexus GX470 4 years newer and only 60k miles is still not as cold as the AMG
I am not sure, maybe cos my hose was replaced??? (years ago)
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Either way, My AC has been very good, no worse than my other imports and domestics
