Can throttle position be tuned? I never really thought about that. On WO pulls, I always see 96-100 %, but it does not stay at 100% as your does through 6000

This would be great. The bigger TBs go from closed to wide open within the first inch of pedal travel. It's like saying, "Come on, girl, just the tip!" and then bottoming out when she agrees. Story of my life. #hugedongproblems

Oh yes, that was just the first tune put in the car. BIP is currently getting our other customers weistec kit on his e55 that is running Saturday too. Juggling between the two cars, and working with Weistec we will get it knocked out.

He has a very similar setup to me, that kit went on just as easy as mine. Straight bolt on, fire up and start tuning. The blower also whines very nicely at full tilt

Geez, almost makes me want to drive up there this weekend. But my wife is doing a Cross Fit competition this weekend in Miami. And I'm leaving for Vegas next Friday for my birthday. I wish it was a different weekend. Oh well!

This came together so quickly, I'm glad to see you are on schedule for this weekend. So just some fine tuning and practice launching the new setup? You're almost there...lol What type of 1/2 mile times are you expecting? I guess the final tune will be a much better indicator of the cars capabilities. I'm looking forward to the videos. Maybe I'll see that beast at MIR.

We are excited to get Craig up and running properly. We just finished up a similar setup in house that made great power.

Mods include:

Weistec M113K Supercharger System
Weistec Cold Air Intake Option (SL55 Model)
82mm Throttle Body Upgrade
Weistec Trunk Ice Tank
Weistec Dual Pass Heat Exchanger
Weistec TCU Upgrade
Mid length headers / high flow cats
100 Octane for added safety on stock motor
15psi at redline

New build is underway-Weistec 3.0 and more-hsseowb.png

We purposely tapered the power up top to keep stock internals in tact however we can easily hit 700HP at the wheels if it had our internals. Cheers guys!

Damn, look at that torque "curve". I wonder how far down the rpm range you'd have to go to really see less than 500 ft-lbs. Reminds me of the saying "my car makes more torque at idle than yours does at its peak."

Even with the high hp if you keep the car cool and run good gas in it maybe not rev it as high the motor will last a while.

Should see some spray numbers too!!

Yeah, the tq curve is nice a flat across the rpm range. Big displacement blowers like these are known for it.
