FWIW, I bought a loaded '06 minus pano with 61k miles dealer serviced it's whole life for $23k.

You forgot a critical piece of information. When did you purchase this car?

Assuming it's very recent since you didn't mention when you purchase this car but I didn't want to make assumptions.

FWIW, in May I paid $18,800 for an '05, virtually every option on it, dealer-serviced, with 77K miles. For a low-mileage like yours, I would have been willing to go a few thousand dollars more but certainly not in the $30K range. Of course, I offered cash so the seller didn't have to wait for a bank loan to go through....
