Hello,
just received my first MB and that is e55amg 03 y.b with brabus brakes.
Could you please share with me, in terms of regular service, what is required to be done if it is 120k km on the clock? Also, It was identified that the rear shock are leaking((( Сan u guide me if there is any chance to rebuild them or get aftermarket one?
There is one more thing, i don't like how the trans changes the gears...it's kind of hit from 1 to 2nd. Is any chance to relief the current settings by myself without any tools?

Hit the button next to the shift knob and switch to "C" which shows up on the dash. That makes the car take off in 2nd.

You can get a rear shock from Arnott.com use the search function for most of your questions then ask what you can't find. Trans service which is a pan drop, filter and gasket is required every 40,000 miles I do mine every 10,000 miles and engine oil every 3,500 but that is just my choice.

Thanks Gents, I have changed the knob to "C" and it became smother.
I need to replace the rear shock and not a air pillow, i have read numerous treads here and still unclear, can the e500 shocks can be used? as the originals were offered fro 1100$ each((
The car just returned from inspection, and it is required to replace/perform the rear shocks, minor maintenance, V-belt of Compressor/ Coolant/Brake Fluid/Spark Plug/Transmission Oil replacement.
Can you please people guide me, what does include in the Minor Maintenance??? because i was offered 500$ to pay for that operation!
Can you please guide me how frequently is the spark plug require to be changed?
