I floor it and nothing happens sometimes

15 S63, 18 Ram 2500 Cummins
Ok today I got a pulley,tune and tcu from Euro charged and the symptoms happened after three hard runs tonight. It was about 57 DEGREES and the rpm and speed to go up but super slow as if I'm driving a 200 hp e320. After a little while,all went back to normal. From reading people's posts,it does seem like I have a dead heat exchanger

Ok, so we finally identified that you actually do accelerate, just really slow. That's pretty much a dead I/C pump and you are heatsoaking.

Why would you mod it before trying to resolve the issue? Its $100 part, just change the IC pump for piece of mind.
