Speedriven Unadulterated Opinion
First let me start by saying I do not post a lot but do very much appreciate the posts and knowledge that are shared by many on this forum!!! Thanks to all!!!
Onto Speedriven...
I was referred to speedriven @ wannagofast chicago by a couple of fellow e55 owners and was introduced to Marcin there. After doing some research I read all about the old communication issues and the crossfire parts build debacle. Being a bit skeptical I still game them a shot.
They have since done a trunk tank, exhaust work, retune, and some other typical blah blah blah on my 55 and now my fathers 55.
Here is what I have to say 2 years later:
They have been great!!!
Kondrad who is the front line guy and answers the phone is always willing to answer any questions or concerns.
You have to understand this is a small Indy and they don't have a tight blonde with big **** answering the phone. It is a small crew, maybe 4 or 5. If you call and they don't answer its because they are working on someone's car. If they take a day or two to get back to you it's because they are busy!!! Price wise they are very competitive and obviously much better than getting benzed over by the dealer. The work they do is very solid and their knowledge is excellent. I would recommended them to anyone with a realistic outlook/understanding of the "behind the scenes" indy automotive service world, especially for AMG owners. Thanks again!
P.S.
An Amg is an Amg, A BMW is the chevy cavalier of Germany, and a corvette is like a gas station, there is one on every block!!!

VERBAL COMMUNICATION
Do you have a phone, does it work? I would recommend using the dial function on it. This method has always worked for me. Here is the #: 847-485-8126
