First time to the track 10:88 03 SL55
Atco rental today
I would like to thank Cory at Kleemann,BK Lowprofile,ADianaty,PTE,60 Nomad,
Ran a 10:92 on Pilot Super Sports lol,10:88 run had drag radials M/T 18 inch .my mods are floating around on other posts,No Spray,No Meth,stock supercharger,both stock seats in vehicle,235/55 19 rolling up front,exhaust has no cats but has resonators and stock mufflers,Kleemann headers.was running VP MS 100 and MS 109.Car dynod at 506 WHP Mainline dyno .

I have two passes at 10.897 lol one at 130.08 mph ,the record by a thousandth till I got the 10.88

WOW!! very nice, congrats.. Your car is making some good power on the big end. your 60' foot times 1.6's good, from the 1/8 you pick up almost 30 MPH by the end of the 1/4 mile. Nice.

10 second pass on Pilot Sports is awesome. There are guys that can't get a 1.6x 60ft on drag radials. Big congrats, wish I could have been there myself to try and pick up a new PB. Again, nice job!!!

Don't worry, there will be another one soon! I hope that more AMG's come out this time and represent! You guys all left Cnterline hanging! lol
What do you recommend for a converter for his car and how much improvement are they making? Any recommendations?

Strong pass congrats! Could the weight of the SL55 and good track prep have anything to do with the traction on PSS? They are probably the best street tires on the market.

I can almost dead punch the car sometimes on the street in the summer with the pilot super sports 295/30 19 ,the rollbar pops all the time on the street when I leave,sometimes from a roll,however the drag radials on the street suck compared to pilot super sports, if I had a smaller drag radial diameter or a converter I think I could do a 1.5 60 ft ,or pull a lot of weight out and put skinny tires up front .

What size tire are you running? 265/40/18 MT's ET streets got my tank into the 1.5x a handful of times with an open rear, I can imagine its only easier now with the LSD.
