They sell gasket paper. Place it over the part of the TB where it will be going, then use something like a tack hammer or screwdriver handle to tap around the edges and holes. This will leave an imprint on the gasket paper. Use a blade to cut along the lines and *voila!* you have a gasket.

I gotta go eat, so I can't write too much. The 90mm does take quite a bit of work, but it is worthwhile once it's all said and done. That TB is our choke point on the intake side. I made a thread about my progress on the 90. You will need to make your own cable (not that hard, but a little time consuming). Ideally, you will take an 82mm inlet and have a machine shop add some material around the neck so you can bore it out to a full 90mm and then have the threads tapped for the new bolt pattern. The Y-pipe is next. I made mine out of two silicone 90 degree elbows and it came out much better than I was expecting.

I would say yes but why go with BBK if not going with the 90mm? my honest opinion anything smaller then a 82 is a waste of money and time, and your gains are more then likely to none. the real power comes from the 90mm, it is a tight squeeze but it's doable.
