boost is high 15lb range bro. I have been monitoring the air fuel and that is non tuned between the two pullies. the ecu is adapting on its own nicely.

hey, bro yes it is untuned. The air fuel is low 11s. steve at Weistec sent me a new file which I have not put in yet. I have been driving it on the street with light driving and half gear pulls. this particular file in the car is by tony though.

I am seeing max timing at 17* .....

What correction factor was used? It's cut out of the picture

I'm a little confused. You added 2 psi without any other changes and gained 70whp?

Your baseline dyno says 577 but in your for sale thread you said "It makes 635rwhp/680rwtq on 13lbs 93 pump gas."

Read more: https://mbworld.org/forums/mercedes-...#ixzz3LstpWlJQ

Also your previous conversions from BIP dyno to dynojet numbers that were criticized (several different time) don't seem to be very accurate. According to your previous post...

"Car made 546rwhp/671rwtq Dynodynamics
Car made 631rwhp/671rwtq Dynojet equivalent"

BIP dyno dynamics 546whp = 577whp dynojet. 31whp difference not 85whp

BIP dyno dynamics 671wtq = 566wtq dynojet. Dynojet actually reads 105wtrq LOWER than BIP dyno dynamics

1990 300ce supercharged and intercooled
I am a little confused as well. I calculated a 1.056 increase with the pulley size change, which should be somewhere around 610whp from 577.9. I was about to ask what else changed. I would assume cooler intake temperatures if timing or nothing else was changed. Maybe a better a/f as well if it was to rich before.

where do you get the 62.5mm supercharge pulley? and what size of the crank pulley now?

my weistec s/c is runing with a weistec 150mm crank pulley, and i am thinking to put the 180mm crank pulley on, and asking weistec if need a new tune to work with, but they didn't answer me....

Ahmad, your guess is as good as mine. Changed to a smaller blower pulley, went to a different dyno, and got the results above.

Honestly, all I am doing here is sharing the results, I could careless whether you believe it or not. Different dynos, different times of year, etc etc etc will yield different results. When I take it back to the track I should run faster trap than last time of 130mph as it looks to be making better power.

The wiggle in the beginning is converter lockup fellas for those who asked. I got the smaller pulley from weistec.

Yup.. This is very odd, each psi gained is roughly worth 15-20 whp TOPS, .. Craige, now you see why we told you not to assume you were losing 13% hp on BIP DynoDynamics dyno thinking it read 13% LOWER than every other correctly set Dynojet.. Def looks liike BIP's DD isn't The Heartbreaker...Again you can't even depend on these latest Dynojet #'s to automatically run a higher Trap etc the next time you hit 1/4 mile.. You're kinda finally getting PART of the idea about ALL dyno #'s in your post here, but again this doesn't mean these latest #'s are indeed legit..

Again different dynos, time of year, Dyno settings, operator etc etc etc

You get it from Weistec. Stock crank pulley.

Any time you play with boost I would recommend a retune. Why not just change the upper pulley? Much easier with the Weistec SC.

My point was not that your car won't be faster. It will be with added boost, that's a no brainer. The point was your previous claims of "dynojet equivalent" number compared to BIP dyno. They are way off as many people said before. Instead of looking into it you just said we are haters with an agenda. Well the facts that you posted speak for themselves.

We are talking about in comparison to BIP dyno. You think it will make the same power on your dyno as the BIP one? You seem to be very biased but I'd like to hear what you have to say.
